Trimbakeshwar Jyotirlinga Temple Tour
The Trimbakeshwar Temple, located in the town of Trimbak in Maharashtra, is one of the 12 sacred Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva. Situated at the foothills of the Brahmagiri Hills, the temple is a significant pilgrimage site for Hindus. It is especially revered as the origin of the sacred Godavari River, often called the “Ganga of the South.”
Built in black basalt stone, the temple showcases beautiful Nagara-style architecture with intricate carvings of gods, goddesses, and sacred symbols. The main sanctum houses a unique Jyotirlinga with three small lingams representing Lord Brahma, Lord Vishnu, and Lord Shiva. The temple’s sacred pond, Kushavarta Kund, is considered the starting point of the Godavari River.
Trimbakeshwar is also associated with various Vedic rituals, including Narayan Nagbali, Kalsarpa Shanti, and Pitra Dosh ceremonies. Surrounded by natural beauty and spiritual significance, it is a serene destination for devotees and nature lovers alike.

- 09:00 AM: Post-breakfast, proceed to Panchavati for sightseeing
- 12:00 PM: Explore additional nearby attractions (time permitting)
- 03:30 PM: Start Return Journey Towards Mumbai.
- 09:00 PM: Reach Mumbai and bid adieu with a promise to meet soon
